- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, and chopped cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well to coat evenly.
- Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
