Description

These no-bake Christmas treats combine creamy peanut butter, crunchy peanuts, chocolate, and festive M&M candies. Perfect for holiday parties or as an easy edible gift!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup roasted salted peanuts
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional, for smoother melting)
  • 1 cup Christmas-colored M&M candies

Instructions

1. Prepare your workspace:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.

2. Melt the chocolate:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Add the coconut oil, if using.
  • Microwave in 20-30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

3. Combine the ingredients:

  • Stir the peanut butter into the melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
  • Add the roasted peanuts and half of the M&M candies. Mix well to coat everything evenly.

4. Form the clusters:

  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters.
  • Press a few additional M&M candies on top of each cluster for decoration.

5. Chill and set:

  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the clusters are firm.

6. Serve or store:

  • Transfer the clusters to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Use mini cupcake liners for a neater presentation.
  • You can substitute other nuts or add mini pretzels for a sweet-and-salty twist.
  • For a pop of holiday sparkle, sprinkle with edible glitter or crushed candy canes.
