Description

This easy Christmas Fudge is a simple, festive treat that only requires a few ingredients and a short preparation time. Perfect for the holidays, this fudge combines rich chocolate with the creaminess of sweetened condensed milk, then gets a holiday twist with festive sprinkles or optional flavorings. It’s a great make-ahead dessert or gift!

Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (can substitute with dark or milk chocolate)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or your preferred flavoring)
  • 2 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  • Melt Ingredients: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and melted. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Pour and Decorate: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing it evenly. Sprinkle with Christmas-themed sprinkles or crushed candy canes for a festive touch.
  • Set and Serve: Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until firm. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Storage: Keep fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze.
  • Flavor Variations: Try adding peppermint extract, instant coffee, or nuts for additional flavor and texture.
