Ingredients

Scale
  • Crust Layer:
    • 36 golden sandwich cookies (like Golden Oreos), crushed
    • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Cheesecake Layer:
    • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
    • ½ cup powdered sugar
    • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • Pudding Layer:
    • 1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
    • 1¾ cups cold milk
  • Topping:
    • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
    • Crushed peppermint candies or Christmas sprinkles
    • Mini chocolate chips or red and green M&Ms for garnish
    • Optional: Crushed chocolate sandwich cookies for added texture

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust Layer: In a medium bowl, mix the crushed golden sandwich cookies with the melted butter until evenly combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Place in the fridge to set while you prepare the other layers.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Layer: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust and return to the fridge to set.
  3. Make the Pudding Layer: In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens, about 2 minutes. Spread the pudding layer over the cheesecake layer, then refrigerate to set.
  4. Add the Topping: Spread a final layer of whipped topping over the pudding layer. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies, Christmas sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, and M&Ms for festive decoration.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate the lasagna for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set before serving.
  6. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a minty twist, add a few drops of peppermint extract to the cheesecake layer.
  • You can substitute chocolate sandwich cookies for the crust if you prefer a chocolate base.
