Description

These chocolate peanut butter cookie dough bites are a quick, no-bake treat packed with creamy peanut butter, mini chocolate chips, and just the right amount of sweetness. Perfect for snacking, dessert, or anytime you need a little energy boost!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

  • Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling or dipping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Stir in the oat flour and a pinch of salt until a dough forms.

  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

  4. Scoop dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place on a parchment-lined tray.

  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to firm up.

  6. Optional: Drizzle or dip in melted chocolate before chilling if you want extra indulgence!

  7. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

  • Use certified gluten-free oats if needed.

  • Want extra protein? Add 1–2 tablespoons of your favorite protein powder.

  • Can swap peanut butter for almond or cashew butter.
