Ingredients

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until smooth.

Stir in the oat flour and a pinch of salt until a dough forms.

Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

Scoop dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place on a parchment-lined tray.

Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
