Description

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for mousse)
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and 1 cup chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Stir in flour and salt just until incorporated.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs. Cool completely.
