- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
- 1 tsp coconut oil (for smoother chocolate)
- 1 tbsp crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Yogurt Clusters
- In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm.
Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Step 3: Coat the Clusters
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place them back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with crushed nuts, coconut, or sprinkles (if using).
Step 4: Freeze & Serve
- Freeze for another 15–20 minutes, until chocolate is set.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks!
