- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for shine)

- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

Make the Truffle Filling:

Mix the Ingredients:
- In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, chopped dried cherries, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir until fully mixed and sticky.

Chill & Shape:
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 15-20 minutes to set.
Coat in Chocolate:

Melt the Chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Dip the Truffles:
- Using a fork or toothpick, dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Let excess drip off, then place back on the parchment-lined tray.
Garnish & Set:

- Sprinkle with coconut or chopped cherries while the chocolate is still wet.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate for a decorative touch.
