Description

Chocolate bark is a simple, no-bake treat that’s perfect for holidays, gifting, or snacking. Just melt, spread, and top with your favorite flavors!

Classic Dark Chocolate Almond Bark

  • 10 oz (280 g) dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) toasted almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • White Chocolate Peppermint Bark
  • 10 oz (280 g) white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) crushed candy canes
  • Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark
  • 10 oz (280 g) milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt


Instructions

    1. Melt the chocolate: Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
    2. Spread onto parchment paper: Create a thin layer (~¼ inch thick).
    3. Sprinkle almonds & sea salt over the melted chocolate.
    4. Chill for 30 minutes, then break into pieces.
    5. Melt the white chocolate, then stir in the peppermint extract.
    6. Spread onto parchment paper and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
    7. Chill for 30 minutes, then break into festive pieces.
    8. Melt the milk chocolate and spread it evenly.
    9. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
    10. Sprinkle with pretzels & sea salt.
    11. Chill for 30 minutes, then break into crunchy, salty-sweet pieces.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
For extra crunch, keep in the fridge.
