Classic Dark Chocolate Almond Bark
- 10 oz (280 g) dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup (60 g) toasted almonds, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- White Chocolate Peppermint Bark
- 10 oz (280 g) white chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup (40 g) crushed candy canes
- Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark
- 10 oz (280 g) milk chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup (50 g) crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions

- Melt the chocolate: Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spread onto parchment paper: Create a thin layer (~¼ inch thick).
- Sprinkle almonds & sea salt over the melted chocolate.
- Chill for 30 minutes, then break into pieces.
- Melt the white chocolate, then stir in the peppermint extract.
- Spread onto parchment paper and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
- Chill for 30 minutes, then break into festive pieces.
- Melt the milk chocolate and spread it evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle with pretzels & sea salt.
- Chill for 30 minutes, then break into crunchy, salty-sweet pieces.
