Description

This Chicken Caesar Wrap is a quick and delicious meal, perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Packed with juicy grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla—it’s a flavorful twist on the classic Caesar salad!

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the chicken:

  • Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 75°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.

2️⃣ Prepare the filling:

  • In a large bowl, mix romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, crushed croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Add sliced chicken and gently mix.

3️⃣ Assemble the wraps:

  • Lay a tortilla flat and spoon the chicken Caesar mixture into the center.
  • Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top.

4️⃣ Serve & enjoy:

  • Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
  • Optionally, grill or toast the wrap for extra crispiness!
