Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the chicken:
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
2️⃣ Prepare the filling:
- In a large bowl, mix romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, crushed croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss to coat evenly.
- Add sliced chicken and gently mix.
3️⃣ Assemble the wraps:
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon the chicken Caesar mixture into the center.
- Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top.

- Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
