Ingredients
For the Sandwich:

1 lb cooked chicken breast (grilled, sliced or shredded)

8 slices cooked bacon

1-2 large tomatoes, sliced

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

1/4 cup Caesar dressing

1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional for crunch)

4 sandwich rolls, ciabatta, or sliced sourdough, toasted

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

Prepare Caesar Lettuce Mix:
In a medium bowl, toss romaine with Caesar dressing and crushed croutons (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste. -
Toast the Bread:
Lightly toast the sandwich rolls or bread slices. Optional: rub with a cut garlic clove for extra flavor. -
Assemble the Sandwiches:
Layer sliced chicken on the bottom half of the bread.
Top with 2 slices of crispy bacon, tomato slices, and the Caesar-dressed lettuce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Add the top slice of bread or roll.
