Description

The Chicken Caesar BLT Sandwich is the ultimate mash-up of two favorites — the classic BLT and the Caesar salad. Juicy grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fresh tomato, romaine, and a creamy Caesar dressing are stacked on toasted bread or buns for a hearty and flavor-packed lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

For the Sandwich:

  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast (grilled, sliced or shredded)

  • 8 slices cooked bacon

  • 1-2 large tomatoes, sliced

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

  • 1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional for crunch)

  • 4 sandwich rolls, ciabatta, or sliced sourdough, toasted

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare Caesar Lettuce Mix:
In a medium bowl, toss romaine with Caesar dressing and crushed croutons (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Toast the Bread:
Lightly toast the sandwich rolls or bread slices. Optional: rub with a cut garlic clove for extra flavor.

  • Assemble the Sandwiches:
Layer sliced chicken on the bottom half of the bread.
Top with 2 slices of crispy bacon, tomato slices, and the Caesar-dressed lettuce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Add the top slice of bread or roll.

  • Serve:
Serve immediately with extra Caesar dressing on the side or chips for a crunchy contrast.

Notes

  • Rotisserie chicken works great for quick prep.

  • Use turkey bacon or skip it for a lighter version.

  • Add avocado slices or swap the roll for a wrap to switch it up.
