Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling:

- Stir in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions if using. Mix well.
2. Assemble the Pinwheels:
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread half of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Repeat with the second tortilla and the remaining filling.
3. Chill for Easy Slicing:
- Wrap each tortilla roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. This helps them hold their shape and makes slicing easier.
4. Slice and Serve:
- Unwrap the chilled tortilla rolls and cut them into 1-inch slices.
