- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (for greasing pan)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or 9×13 baking dish with olive oil or butter.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
- Add biscuit pieces to the bowl and gently toss everything until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes, then invert if using a bundt pan. Garnish with more parsley and serve warm.
