Description

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (for greasing pan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or 9×13 baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add biscuit pieces to the bowl and gently toss everything until well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
