Description

This Cherry Cheesecake Fluff is a quick and easy no-bake dessert, combining creamy cheesecake filling, sweet cherries, and fluffy whipped topping. Perfect for potlucks, picnics, or a sweet treat anytime!

Ingredients

Units Scale

Serves 6-8:

  • For the fluff:

    • 8 oz (227 g) cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 (8 oz / 227 g) container whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip), thawed
    • 1 (21 oz / 595 g) can cherry pie filling
    • 2 cups (100 g) mini marshmallows
    • 1/2 cup (50 g) graham cracker crumbs (optional, for a cheesecake-like crunch)
  • Optional garnish:

    • Additional whipped topping
    • Fresh cherries or graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  • Prepare the cream cheese mixture:

    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
    • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Add the whipped topping:

    • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Incorporate the mix-ins:

    • Add the cherry pie filling, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs (if using) to the bowl. Fold gently to avoid breaking the cherries.
  • Chill:

    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld and the fluff set.
  • Serve:

    • Scoop the fluff into serving bowls or glasses. Garnish with additional whipped topping, fresh cherries, or graham cracker crumbs if desired.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
  • Swap cherry pie filling for other flavors, like blueberry or strawberry, for variety.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
