This Cheesy Pizza Burger Pie is a fun twist on dinner that everyone will love! It has all the flavors of a juicy cheeseburger with the look and feel of a deep-dish pizza. Ground beef, melty cheese, and pizza sauce are baked into a golden biscuit or pie crust for a hearty, easy meal perfect for weeknights.
Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough or biscuit dough (or use 1 unbaked pie crust)

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Optional toppings: sliced pepperoni, black olives, green peppers
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until beef is fully browned. Drain excess grease.

Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and pizza sauce. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Press crescent dough (or pie crust) into the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-inch pie dish or baking pan.

Spoon the beef mixture into the crust and spread evenly.

Sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, and any optional toppings.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
