Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 oz) ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Prepare Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 12×18 inches.
  • Add Toppings: Spread an even layer of mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border along the edges. Add pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Roll and Slice: Starting from one long side, tightly roll the dough into a log, like a cinnamon roll. Pinch the seam to seal. Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 1-inch thick slices.
  • Season and Bake: Arrange slices on the baking sheet, spaced about 1 inch apart. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the top of each roll-up.
  • Bake: Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve: Warm the marinara sauce and serve alongside the roll-ups for dipping.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed.
  • Variations: Try adding other toppings like mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives for different flavors.
