Description

Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Biscuits are a fun and easy snack or appetizer made with biscuit dough, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni. Perfect for game day or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking sheet.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
  3. Spread a small spoonful of marinara sauce in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add a few mini pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit slightly to hold the toppings in place.
  6. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder, then brush the edges with olive oil.
  7. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
