- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking sheet.
- Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
- Spread a small spoonful of marinara sauce in the center of each biscuit.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add a few mini pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit slightly to hold the toppings in place.
- Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder, then brush the edges with olive oil.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
