Instructions
- Cook penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
