- 1 cup cooked turkey breast, chopped

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Layer the turkey, bacon, tomatoes, cheddar, and Parmesan in the pre-baked pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the filling.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
