This Cheesy Ground Beef Pasta Skillet is an easy, one-pan dinner loaded with tender pasta, savory beef, and plenty of gooey cheese. It’s hearty, flavorful, and comes together in just 30 minutes — perfect for busy weeknights!
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained

2 cups beef broth

2 cups uncooked pasta (elbow, penne, or rotini)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions

In a large skillet or sauté pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.

Add diced onion and garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes, until softened.

Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, pasta, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

Remove lid and stir in 1 cup of cheese. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheese over the top and cover for 2–3 minutes, until melted.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
