- 1 medium tomato, diced

Instructions
- Prepare the Ground Beef Filling:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes.
- Season with paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in shredded cheddar cheese. Let it melt into the beef mixture, then remove from heat.
- Make the Creamy Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a spoonful of the creamy sauce in the center.
- Add a layer of shredded lettuce and diced tomato.
- Spoon the cheesy ground beef mixture on top. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and any optional toppings.
- Wrap and Serve:
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- To make it spicier, add hot sauce or diced jalapeños to the ground beef or sauce.
- For a healthier twist, use whole wheat tortillas or lettuce wraps.
- These wraps are great for meal prep—store ingredients separately and assemble fresh.
