Scale
- 2 medium chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar, if preferred)
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or garlic aioli (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook the Chicken: Add sliced chicken breasts to the skillet. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or garlic aioli on each tortilla, if using. Sprinkle a portion of the shredded cheese over the bottom half of each tortilla.
- Add Fillings: Add cooked chicken, spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes, and red onions on top of the cheese.
- Wrap and Heat: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly. Place the wrap back in the skillet (seam-side down) and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
- Serve: Cut in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a drizzle of hot sauce or sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes on the chicken while cooking.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or cucumbers for more crunch.
