Description

Cheesy Chicken Fritters are savory, pan-fried patties made with chopped chicken, gooey cheese, and flavorful herbs. Crispy on the outside and tender inside—perfect for appetizers or a main course.

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, eggs, mayonnaise, flour, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 15–30 minutes to help it firm up.
  3. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture into the skillet and flatten slightly into a patty.
  5. Cook fritters in batches for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
