- 8 small flour tortillas (soft taco size)
- 2 tbsp butter or oil (for brushing/baking or frying)

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef Filling
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in garlic, taco seasoning, and salsa (or Rotel tomatoes).
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Stir in shredded cheeses and mix well.
Step 2: Assemble the Roll-Ups
- Lay a flour tortilla on a flat surface.
- Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the lower third of the tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to create a burrito-style wrap.
Step 3: Cook the Roll-Ups
Oven-Baked Method (Healthier Option):
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place roll-ups seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
