These crispy, cheesy Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan Wraps combine juicy breaded chicken, marinara sauce, and melty mozzarella inside a golden toasted tortilla. A quick and easy Italian-inspired meal, perfect for lunch or dinner!

For the Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup (90g) Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Olive oil spray
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Bread & Air Fry the Chicken
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Set up a breading station:
- Bowl 1: Flour
- Bowl 2: Beaten egg
- Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
- Place the chicken strips in the air fryer without overlapping.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
2. Assemble the Wraps
- Lay out the tortillas and spread 2 tbsp marinara sauce in the center.
- Add 2-3 crispy chicken strips, followed by ¼ cup mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito shape.
3. Air Fry the Wraps
- Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Spray lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown and crispy.
4. Serve & Enjoy
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping!
Notes
- Make it spicy: Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce inside the wrap.
- For extra crunch: Use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs.
- Meal prep: Store cooked chicken in the fridge for up to 3 days and assemble wraps fresh before air frying.
