Cheeseburger Egg Rolls are a crispy, savory fusion of classic American cheeseburgers and crunchy egg rolls, perfect as an appetizer or party snack.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: dipping sauce (ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in pickles, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly and seal the edges with a bit of water.
- Heat about 2 inches of oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the egg rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
- Make sure the filling is not too hot when adding to wrappers to prevent tearing.
- You can bake or air fry the egg rolls for a healthier option.
- Add cooked bacon or jalapeños for extra flavor.
