Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 small onion, finely diced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella or Colby Jack cheese

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess grease.

Stir in garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

Add diced tomatoes, cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until cream cheese is fully melted and everything is combined.

Reduce heat to low and stir in shredded cheeses until melted and creamy.
