- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

- 1 packet (30 g) ranch seasoning mix (or 2 tablespoons homemade ranch mix)
- 1 cup heavy cream or 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions or chives
- Extra bacon crumbles (optional)
Instructions
🍲 Prepare the Ingredients:

Season the Chicken:
- In a small bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken breasts or thighs.

Layer in Slow Cooker:
- Add the halved potatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes.
