- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons capers (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado.
- Add the flaked salmon, capers (if using), dill, and parsley on top.
