Description

Carrabba’s Bread Dipping Oil is a flavorful and aromatic Italian-style herb and spice blend mixed with olive oil, perfect for dipping crusty bread as a delicious appetizer or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp ground fennel seed (optional)
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all dried herbs and spices.
  2. To serve, place 1–2 tsp of the dry herb mix on a small plate.
  3. Drizzle with 2–3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and stir gently.
  4. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
  5. Serve immediately with warm crusty bread for dipping.
