- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp ground fennel seed (optional)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together all dried herbs and spices.
- To serve, place 1–2 tsp of the dry herb mix on a small plate.
- Drizzle with 2–3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and stir gently.
- Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve immediately with warm crusty bread for dipping.
