Scale
- 1 bottle (750 ml) crisp white wine (such as Pinot Grigio)
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup caramel vodka
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 2 apples, cored and diced
- 1 pear, cored and diced

- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, apple cider, caramel vodka, and caramel sauce. Stir until the caramel sauce is fully dissolved.
- Add diced apples and pear to the pitcher and stir gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the top.
- Top with a splash of club soda if desired for a fizzy finish.
- Drizzle a little caramel sauce over the top for extra sweetness and garnish.
Notes
- Use a sweeter white wine for a richer, dessert-like flavor.
- For a stronger caramel flavor, drizzle caramel inside the serving glasses before pouring in the sangria.
- Best served the same day to keep the fruit fresh and crisp.
