Description

Caramel Apple Sangria is a sweet and refreshing fall-inspired cocktail featuring crisp white wine, apple cider, caramel flavors, and fresh apple slices.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) crisp white wine (such as Pinot Grigio)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup caramel vodka
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 2 apples, cored and diced
  • 1 pear, cored and diced
  • 1 cup club soda (optional, for topping)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, apple cider, caramel vodka, and caramel sauce. Stir until the caramel sauce is fully dissolved.
  2. Add diced apples and pear to the pitcher and stir gently.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the top.
  5. Top with a splash of club soda if desired for a fizzy finish.
  6. Drizzle a little caramel sauce over the top for extra sweetness and garnish.

Notes

  • Use a sweeter white wine for a richer, dessert-like flavor.
  • For a stronger caramel flavor, drizzle caramel inside the serving glasses before pouring in the sangria.
  • Best served the same day to keep the fruit fresh and crisp.
