Ingredients

1 ciabatta roll or baguette (or 2 slices of crusty artisan bread)

2-3 thick slices of fresh mozzarella

2-3 slices of ripe tomato

Fresh basil leaves (about 5-6, or to taste)

1-2 tsp balsamic glaze or reduction

Instructions

Prep the Bread:
Slice the roll or bread in half. Lightly toast if desired for extra crunch. -
Layer the Ingredients:

Drizzle with Balsamic:
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top layer before closing the sandwich. -
Assemble & Serve:
Close the sandwich and gently press together. Slice and serve immediately.
