- 1/4 cup buttermilk (more for thinner consistency)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
- Add lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, dill, Cajun seasoning, and paprika. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Stir before using and adjust thickness with more buttermilk if desired.
