Description

A zesty and creamy Cajun Ranch Dressing that combines the bold flavors of Cajun spices with the classic coolness of ranch. Perfect as a dip, salad dressing, or sandwich spread.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk (more for thinner consistency)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, dill, Cajun seasoning, and paprika. Stir to combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
