Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
- Add lemon juice and stir to combine. Simmer for 1 more minute to let the flavors meld.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley if desired.
