Buttery Ritz Ham Sandwiches are a simple, bite-sized party snack made with ham and cheese sandwiched between Ritz crackers and baked with a savory buttery glaze.

- 48 Ritz crackers
- 1/2 pound deli ham, thinly sliced
- 12 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place half of the Ritz crackers, flat side down, on the baking sheet.
- Top each cracker with a piece of ham and a quarter slice of cheese.
- Top with another cracker to form a sandwich.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the sandwiches.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
