Instructions
Prepare the Filling:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Assemble the Bombs:
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each triangle.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball. Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake:
- Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve:
- Let the bombs cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks for dipping.
Notes
- Make it spicier: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a drizzle of hot sauce to the filling for an extra kick.
- Cheese options: Swap cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for a cheesy twist.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
