- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
