Description

This delicious and hearty breakfast pizza is loaded with crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, melty cheese, and a golden crust. It’s the perfect way to start your day, whether for a weekend brunch or a quick weekday breakfast!

For the Pizza Base:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough (or 12-inch flatbread)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

For the Toppings:

  • 4 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled (or sausage)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

For Garnish:

  • Chopped green onions or fresh parsley
  • Hot sauce or salsa (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.

2. Prepare the Scrambled Eggs

  1. In a pan over medium heat, scramble eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until just set (they’ll cook more in the oven).

3. Assemble the Pizza

  1. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  2. Add the scrambled eggs, bacon, bell peppers, and red onion.

4. Bake & Serve

  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  2. Garnish with green onions and hot sauce if desired.
  3. Slice and enjoy hot!

Notes

  • Make it vegetarian: Skip the bacon and add mushrooms or spinach.
  • Use a tortilla for a quick thin-crust version.
  • Want extra flavor? Add everything bagel seasoning to the crust!
