For the Pizza Base:
- 1 pre-made pizza dough (or 12-inch flatbread)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the Toppings:
- 4 large eggs, scrambled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled (or sausage)
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
For Garnish:
- Chopped green onions or fresh parsley
- Hot sauce or salsa (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
2. Prepare the Scrambled Eggs
- In a pan over medium heat, scramble eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until just set (they’ll cook more in the oven).
3. Assemble the Pizza
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- Add the scrambled eggs, bacon, bell peppers, and red onion.
4. Bake & Serve
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with green onions and hot sauce if desired.
- Slice and enjoy hot!

- Make it vegetarian: Skip the bacon and add mushrooms or spinach.
- Use a tortilla for a quick thin-crust version.
