Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Scramble eggs in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until fully cooked but still soft. Remove from heat.
- Allow eggs to cool slightly before assembling cups.
- Divide scrambled eggs evenly into each cup.
- Top with shredded cheese, bacon or sausage, and cubed ham.
- Add a small portion of fruit to each cup.
- Place a mini croissant or toast piece in each cup.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving.
