Base:
- 8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened
- 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (for extra creaminess, optional)
Flavoring (Garlic & Herb Mix):
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Mix the Base:
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and heavy cream until smooth and fluffy (about 1-2 minutes).
2. Add the Herbs & Garlic:
- Stir in minced garlic, parsley, chives, dill, thyme, oregano, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
3. Let the Flavors Develop:
- Transfer the cheese mixture to a small container or wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
