- 1 (10 oz/280g) can of Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies), drained
- 1 cup (120g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz/28g) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
- Tortilla chips or crackers (for serving)
Instructions
- Combine the Ingredients:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, drained Rotel, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and garlic powder (if using).
- Mix Well:
- Stir all the ingredients together until fully combined. Ensure the ranch seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Chill:
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
