- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup blue raspberry syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the blue raspberry syrup and mix well.
- Pour in the cold water and stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of syrup or sugar to your preferred sweetness level.
- For a fizzy version, replace some or all of the water with sparkling water.
- Can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
