Description

Blue Lemonade is a vibrant, refreshing twist on classic lemonade, combining the tartness of lemons with a sweet blue raspberry flavor and a bright blue color that’s perfect for parties or summer days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup blue raspberry syrup
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the blue raspberry syrup and mix well.
  3. Pour in the cold water and stir to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint if desired.
