This BLT Salad takes everything you love about the classic bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich and turns it into a crisp, flavorful salad. It’s loaded with crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, crunchy lettuce, and topped with a creamy dressing. Great for lunch or a simple dinner!
Ingredients
For the Salad:

6 cups chopped romaine lettuce

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled

1 avocado, diced (optional)

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup croutons (optional)
For the Dressing:

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large salad bowl, add chopped romaine, tomatoes, bacon, avocado, red onion, and croutons.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
