BLT Phyllo Party Bites are crispy, flaky mini phyllo shells filled with a creamy bacon, lettuce, and tomato mixture. They’re a delicious and elegant appetizer perfect for entertaining.

- 1 package (15 count) mini phyllo shells
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, finely diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce (such as romaine or iceberg)
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
- Lightly bake phyllo shells for 3-5 minutes to crisp up. Remove and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine bacon, diced tomatoes, mayonnaise, sour cream, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Just before serving, stir in shredded lettuce to keep it crisp.
- Spoon the BLT mixture into each phyllo shell.
- Garnish with chopped chives if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- Add lettuce just before serving to prevent it from wilting.
- Make filling ahead and refrigerate, then fill shells right before serving.
- Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter option.
