- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold in crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
- Before serving, sprinkle shredded lettuce on top.
