BLT Dip with Crostini is a creamy, savory dip inspired by the classic BLT sandwich, loaded with crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes, and lettuce, served with toasted crostini for scooping.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (seeds removed)
- 1/2 cup shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Toast crostini in the oven for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in most of the bacon and tomatoes, reserving some for topping.
- Spread mixture into a serving dish. Top with remaining bacon, tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving with crostini.
Notes
- For extra flavor, rub crostini with a cut garlic clove after toasting.
- Make the dip ahead, but add lettuce just before serving to keep it crisp.
- Try cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes for less watery texture.
