- 1 pound ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 14 ounces udon noodles (fresh or pre-cooked)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and drizzle with vegetable oil.
- Sear the steak slices for 2-3 minutes per side until browned but still tender. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Add onion, broccoli, and red bell pepper to the griddle. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Loosen udon noodles under warm water if needed, then add them to the griddle with the veggies.
- Drizzle soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the noodles and vegetables. Stir well to combine.
- Return the steak to the griddle and toss everything together until heated through and coated with sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
