Description

These Big Mac wraps are a fun and delicious twist on the classic fast-food burger. Featuring all the iconic flavors of a Big Mac — seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, pickles, and that signature sauce — wrapped in a soft tortilla for an easy, portable meal. Perfect for weeknight dinners or a quick lunch!

Ingredients

Units Scale
For the Wraps:
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 or leaner)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
For the Big Mac Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
    • Stir well until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef:
    • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula.
    • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
  3. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Lay a tortilla flat and spread 1-2 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce in the center.
    • Add a layer of cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, diced pickles, and diced onion.
    • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  4. Optional: Toast the Wraps:
    • Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  5. Serve:
    • Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with additional Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • For a low-carb option, use low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps.
  • You can substitute ground turkey or plant-based ground “meat” for the beef.
  • Add sesame seeds to the tortillas before toasting for an authentic Big Mac touch.
