Description

These Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs are loaded with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and tangy Big Mac sauce, all wrapped in soft biscuit dough and baked until golden. Topped with sesame seeds and pickles, they’re everything you love about a Big Mac in one delicious bite-sized package!

Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 small onion, finely diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)

For the Bombs:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all Big Mac sauce ingredients. Set aside.

  3. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  4. Let beef cool slightly, then mix in 2–3 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce and the shredded cheese.

  5. Assemble the bombs: Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each. Add a few chopped pickles if using. Fold the dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal and forming a ball.

  6. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.

  8. Serve warm with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping!

Notes

  • You can swap the biscuit dough with pizza dough or crescent roll dough if preferred.

  • Add shredded lettuce and more pickles on the side for a full Big Mac experience.

  • These freeze well—just reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
