Description

Berry Dessert Nachos are a fun and fruity twist on traditional nachos, made with crispy cinnamon-sugar chips, sweet cream cheese drizzle, and loads of fresh berries. A perfect summer dessert for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 6 small flour tortillas, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips or chocolate drizzle (optional)

For the cream cheese drizzle:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons milk, as needed for drizzling consistency

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place tortilla wedges on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Let cool completely.
  4. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth and pourable.
  5. Arrange baked chips on a serving platter. Top with berries and drizzle with cream cheese mixture. Add white chocolate chips or drizzle if using.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
